Allswell Waterside

Married duo Darren Shore and Tory Delaney brought their NYC restaurant chops — they run The Malt House in Greenwich Village and the Financial District — south to Lakewood Ranch and opened Allswell at Waterside Place in July 2025. The menu reads like elevated bar food with a wink: roasted bone marrow, carne asada steak tartare, and wild mushroom toast share space with cheeseburgers, fish and chips, Scotch eggs, and pan-seared cod with mussels. The room leans 1930s saloon — dark woods, moody palette, vintage accents — with an 80-seat covered patio matched by an equally large air-conditioned interior. Open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
