Cafe Evergreen

Cafe Evergreen operates out of a beautifully restored former post office and bank building in Nokomis — and the quirky setting suits the menu perfectly. The kitchen is committed to no GMOs, no preservatives, and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

Breakfast runs on Saturdays with eggs Benedict, egg white omelets, and vegan options. Lunch and dinner are served Monday through Saturday, anchored by a daily-changing Chef's Choice that keeps regulars coming back. The juice and smoothie bar opens at 9 AM and serves housemade smoothies, juices, and organic locally roasted coffee alongside homemade desserts.

The menu genuinely accommodates vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters without forcing any of them to compromise. An event space is also available on-site.
