Fat Rabbit Pub landed on the second floor of 1359 Main Street in downtown Sarasota in April 2024 — the first expansion from their original New Tampa location. The look is rustic exposed brick with framed artwork throughout and a layout that manages to feel both lively and comfortable.

The menu leans into elevated pub classics: standouts include The Irishman burger, garlic parmesan wings, loaded tater tots, and creole-seasoned shrimp. The tap list features a solid selection of local Florida breweries alongside familiar favorites, and beer flights let you sample before committing.

It's a sports-forward space with TVs throughout, but the food is a clear step above standard bar fare. Hours vary by day — closed Mondays, opening at 4 PM Tuesday and Wednesday, then full service the rest of the week with Friday and Saturday running until 1 AM.
