
Harry's Continental Kitchens has been part of Longboat Key since 1979, founded by Harry Christensen and his culinary school colleagues. Over 45 years it has grown into something of a local institution — and something more than just a restaurant.
The outdoor garden dining is the centerpiece: a genuinely beautiful setting for breakfast omelets and warm biscuits in the morning, oysters Rockefeller and filet at night. The menu draws from global coastal influences while leaning on local, seasonal ingredients. Tuesday through Sunday, the kitchen runs from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Beyond the restaurant, the property includes a gourmet deli with take-and-bake meals and a Corner Store convenience market with hot lunches. Wine events like Wine'd Up Wednesdays give regulars another reason to stop in mid-week.
