On the corner of 1st Street and Lemon Avenue, Bevardi's Salute has become one of downtown Sarasota's dependable anchors for authentic Italian cooking. The space offers both indoor dining and an outdoor garden terrace, making it equally appealing on cool winter evenings or warm summer nights.
Dinner runs Sunday through Thursday until 9 PM and Friday–Saturday until 10 PM. From 4 to 6 PM daily, the bar runs happy hour with a dedicated small plates menu — a great way to graze before a show at the nearby performing arts venues. Live music is offered regularly throughout the week.
The kitchen turns out lasagne, linguini, and salmon dishes, and the restaurant holds membership in The Originals — a network of independently owned Sarasota restaurants. In-house catering is available for events from 10 to 200 guests.
