Ringside

Ringside is the signature restaurant of the Cirque St. Armands Beachside resort, and it leans fully into Sarasota's identity as the former winter home of Ringling Bros. The décor and concept draw from the circus world, creating an atmosphere that's theatrical without being kitschy — named one of Sarasota Magazine's Best New Restaurants for 2025.

The menu is rooted in modern American coastal cooking: Gulf seafood, scallops, salmon, and bold shareable appetizers, with handcrafted cocktails that are photo-worthy in their own right. The beachside location at 233 Benjamin Franklin Drive brings panoramic Gulf views to every meal.

The kitchen runs all day — breakfast from 7 AM, lunch through 5 PM, and dinner until 10 PM.
